I am 21 years old and from the small town of Sebring, Ohio. Kent State University is my college home away from home and I am currently a senior public relations major. I’m an avid sports fan and love talking sports with just about anyone. And if you want a good debate just come find me! I also love music, with U2 and The Beatles as two of my favorite bands. I have a beautiful niece that I adore and I enjoy spending time with my family and boyfriend.
This blog was created as a class project and I hope to reach students who have yet to experience the public relations world firsthand. The public relations professionals that have surrounded me for four years at Kent State have taught me that experience is everything and I can’t wait to gain that insight. I hope to work as an intern this coming summer at a large corporation in Northeast Ohio before finding my true calling in the field of public relations.
